2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, fragrances, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

As many Wild Glow products are handmade or produced in batches, slight variations in appearance, colour, finish, fragrance or presentation may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a fault.

Colours may also appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Fragrance & Scent

Fragrance is subjective. Individual customers may experience fragrances differently, including their strength, character and longevity.

A customer's personal preference or dislike of a fragrance does not, by itself, mean that a product is faulty.

Customers should carefully review product and fragrance descriptions before purchasing.

4. Product Use & Safety

Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warning labels and safety information supplied with our products.

Candles must never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, draughts and other potential hazards.

Other fragrance products must only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.

To the extent permitted by law, Wild Glow is not responsible for loss, injury or damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow supplied instructions or warnings, improper storage, unauthorised modification, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Allergies & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information before use, particularly where they have known allergies, sensitivities or medical concerns.

Fragranced products may cause irritation or sensitivity in some individuals.

Customers should discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

a product is unavailable;
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
payment cannot be processed or verified;
we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled; or
an obvious website, inventory or system error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Any change will not affect an order already accepted by us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment, billing, shipping and contact information is accurate.

Wild Glow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

8. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any conditions stated with the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

only one discount code may be used per order;
discounts cannot be applied retrospectively;
promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed; and
promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Wild Glow website, including branding, logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, written content, designs and other material, is owned by or licensed to Wild Glow unless otherwise stated.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

We aim to keep our website accurate and available; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend, modify or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy or our Shipping Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that customers have under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Australian state or territory in which Wild Glow operates, together with applicable Commonwealth laws.
